It's a three bedroom terraced house in an excellent location quite close to Sefton Park. Aigburth Vale is a couple of minutes walk away and it takes about 15/20 mins to reach the city center by bus.
There's double room available or a single with attached smaller box room. The box room has a window and is big enough for a bed and chest of drawers. The house is fully furnished. Rent is £85 per week per person, but there'll be a discount if there's more than two people in the house. All bills are included and there's super-fast Virgin Broadband in the property.
