Double room to rent near Sefton Park

I have a room to rent in my house in Aigburth, near Sefton Park and 10 minutes walk from Lark Lane. It is 2 minutes to a bus stop with very frequent buses to town which takes approx. 15-20 minutes.

The house has three bedrooms, but I am only renting out one room so you will be sharing with just me. The house has separate living room, dining room and kitchen, so plenty of space for two people! There is a small yard and lots of on-street parking. Space to store a bike inside if required.

I work in town, travel a bit for work and keep myself busy so I won't be around all the time and I am looking for a like-minded independent person. I like to have fun but work hard as well, so this house probably isn't suited to a die-hard party animal...!

I'm flexible with regards to length of stay and more than happy to accommodate those who are just looking for a place for a short period of time. Likewise, I'm happy to come to an arrangement if a Monday to Friday let is required.

Please note, I don't have a TV in the communal areas, nor do I want one...:)
