Lovely bright double room in leafy St Michaels

Available now. We are looking for someone to share our terraced house in St Michaels. The room is a bright and airy, south facing double room that gets lots of light.

Room is a decent size with high ceilings and storage space under bed and on top of wardrobe ect.

The street is a leafy cul de sac so nice and quiet. House is 5 minutes from Lark Lane, St Michaels station and Aigburth rd

All bills included in rent- Internet, gas, electric ect. TV normal plus Netflix, Amazon for films.

Not suitable for anyone who wants to work from home full time.
Short term lets are welcome.

The house has a big kitchen (with dishwasher, gas stove) and living room and a bathroom, which you would share with one other person at the most. There is a separate utility room with 2 freezers, 2 fridges and washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a good sized yard and access to our own private garden/allotment where we sometimes have bonfires. Anyone who likes growing or gardening would be very welcome!

I'm a friendly, chatty, Irish girl and like living with people and sharing space. I work from home at the moment. The other housemate is a researcher in her 30s who is really warm and friendly.
