This bedsit/ flat comprises of a bedroom/living room space and a separate kitchen and bathroom across the hall. No facillities are shared. Looking for someone to take over asap as I've just got a job in Manchester. It's a great place, really close to Lark Lane and Sefton Park. - A real steal for this location and could not ask for a nicer landlord. Bills aren't included but are never very much. Nice big windows, good amount of space, ideal for a professional working in Liverpool. There's bus routes close by to get into town but doesn't take more than 15 mins to get to town on bike.
