Rural, quiet, good sized garden, nice pets.

All bills included, apart from Gas/electricity, you would be contributing a third share of the monthly bill- currently £120pm, so a third is 40pm. It's a nice room, south facing with year round sun, the garden backs on to fields. Garden is accessible from the room. It has a flap for a cat or small dog. Quiet location, no houses opposite or behind. I have lots of cats. I have a daughter, 11, so needs to be someone suitable with kids, and who's ok with being a decent person. Other occupant is 20 year old girl, who works part time, is quiet and friendly.
