The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely Ainsdale village/ train station, 20 minute walk to Ainsdale beach and a 2 minute walk to multiple bus stop locations.

- Back dining room (which can be adjusted to a second living room if requested)
- Extension with seating area, utility room & downstairs toilet

Room will include a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and set of drawers if required.

It is a peaceful area with good neighbours. It’s a very relaxing house with a great atmosphere and is very peaceful and quiet.

I’m quiet and respectful, don’t smoke and rarely drink.
I work full time, including shift work and see my partner on most days off at her house, so tend to be out of the house more than I’m in it.

I work both day and night shifts, however, am typically in bed before 23:00. If I’m on nights, I have a quick shower in the morning, then to bed.

I’m looking for someone who is going to respect the house and treat it as if their own.
