The house is situated in a lovely estate, away from busy roads with parking space on the drive. Within 1 mile of aintree racecourse, aintree hospital, supermarkets, train stations, local gyms and buses to the centre. 5 miles from centre of Liverpool.

House share looking for a flat mate for roughly 3 months, currently a female live in landlord (owner of property 27 years old) who works as a teacher so somebody friendly student/professional etc! Two cats live at the property.

Double room available with new carpet, double bed, double wardrobe, ariel socket for a TV, set of drawers. Shared bathroom, lounge, kitchen and conservatory. All rooms have been newly decorated and rennovated this year including all floors. Wifi included, lounge TV smart TV with use of Netflix, IPlayer etc.
