Looking for a lodger who will enjoy and respect a clean, tidy and cosy house. Could be ideally suited to someone who has a base elsewhere, but needs to have a foot in Liverpool too.

At the end of the road is Greenbank Park, with access through to Sefton Park and Otterspool, and Wavertree playing fields, Wavertree Sports Park, Liverpool Aquatics Centre, Liverpool Tennis Centre, Wavertree Athletics Centre and Greenback Sports Academy are also close by.

There are excellent bus links to the city centre, universities, Liverpool South Parkway, Liverpool Lime Street and the airport, and the Women's hospital, Alder Hey Children's hospital and Broadgreen hospital are easily accessible too. Home to city centre commute about 20 - 25 mins by bus or bike, 10 - 15 mins by car without traffic.
