HOUSE lay out
The house has 9 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen and each room has their own bathroom.
The house has all the necessary equipment; Pots, pans, plates, iron, hoover etc etc so all you need is literally yourself and a suitcase! There is a large yard to the rear and parking is on street.

This property is in the Sefton area which is a very popular area of Liverpool and is just a 10-minute drive or 25 minute bus journey to the University of Liverpool or a 10 minute drive into Liverpool City Centre. This area is a thriving young professional area as its proximity to the city centre and university campuses means it is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool. Bus routes from the main road (Carlton Road) is four-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 25 minutes.
LOCAL Amenities
Asda Superstore, Iceland, and Home Bargains are just a 10 minute walk from the property and there are also a plenty convenience stores, pubs and takeaways and restaurants close by.
The famous 'Penny Lane' is literally on your doorstep and is just stones throw away from the beautiful Sefton Park
PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.
RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.
MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
*Please note the price advertised is for 12 months, we also can do 6 or 9 month contracts please ask for details and pricing.
