WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 males and 2 females all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 5 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The property is in the very sort after area of Allerton and is a stones throw away for the famous Penny Lane.
Bus routes from the main road (Greenbank Road) is a five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes

LOCAL FACILITIES
A Tesco Express is only a 4 minute walk away and Asda 10 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around Smithdown and Allerton so need for expensive taxis home. You also get the added bonus of Greenbank Park only being 5 minutes away.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
