Me (Jacob, 29) and my girlfriend (Jamie, 23) are moving into a four-bed property in Allerton next year, and we need two house-mates.
We're both Irish, and been living in South Liverpool for a few years. I went to Uni here and stayed on, Jamie graduated in Dublin and came over after. We're friendly, like cooking, eat out (too much!), but also like books, cinema, music, etc. too.
We've been with our Landlord for five years, so have a really good relationship there, but our current house is being sold and that's why we're moving.
