The house is a 4 bed with lots of room, shared communal space, office/storage room, garden, and space for indoor bike storage. It feels large for 4 people and has been decorated as a home. We are looking for a housemate who can become a friend and is interested in shared living. We share the cooking Monday - Thursday and share food. Shared meals are vegan.
Rent is 335 a month, and with added bills currently comes to around 450.
We enjoy spending evenings together when we're around, catching up, eating, watching films, and sharing social events together.
The room has been furnished by the previous occupant with a single cabin bed (big shelf!) this can remain or go. The other furniture will be leaving. The room has also been furnished with a double bed in the past. Viewing recommded to appreciate the size, it's bigger than you'd expect!
