Hi, We’re two lads, Matt (24) and Jack (2)3, living on Allerton Road and we’re looking for someone to join our 3-bed flat from the end of July.

The flat’s in a great spot – we’re right next to the big Tesco on Allerton Road, with loads of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. There’s a bus stop to town right outside, Mossley Hill station is down the road, and Calderstones Park is only 5 minutes away for a walk or run.

We’ve lived here for 2 years now and have absolutely loved it – the flat is modern, spacious. The shared kitchen and lounge are fully furnished, and we like to keep things tidy.

The room available is a double with its own en suite bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

A little about us – we’re both full-time professionals in our mid-20s. We’re pretty laid-back and sociable – we usually keep busy in the week with work, gym, or just chilling. I like to think I’m quite a good cook if you ever want to do shared meals. On weekends will normally be out and about doing something. We’re always up for doing stuff together (a pint, a hike, etc) and have a great mixed group of friends if you ever want to join. We are also more than happy to respect each other’s space.

Someone friendly, tidy, not loud/coming in late at night during the week

Rent is £510 per month

All bills included – comes to £650 total each month

Move-in date: from end of July

You’ll need to furnish your own bedroom, but the rest of the flat is sorted
