Double room in house share, Allerton, Liverpool

Hello!

We're three housemates (and one cat) looking to fill a large, bright double room in our cosy house in Allerton.

We're looking to fill the large double bedroom on the ground floor which has plenty of storage space, lots of natural light.

The house has two shared living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, and a small garden. Most of the appliances and the boiler have been replaced within the last two years, and the ladylady is responsive to any probems that arise. As you can see from the photos, its a great place to live with some lovely features!

Rent is £305 a month, bills usually work out at around £60 & council tax is £42.75, so altogether around £402.75 a month.

We're looking for someone 25-36, ideally a young professional, who is friendly, clean and respectful of others in the house.
Hebe the cat is (mostly) very sweet but usually keeps to herself unless there's treats about.

The house is located off Allerton Road, not too far from Calderstones Park, so there's plenty of places to explore for dinner & coffee options. There's good bus links to the city centre and to Liverpool South Parkway train station. There's free on street parking.
