Double Room in nice house near Penny Lane.

Hi, I am currently renting a two bed house and have a furnished spare room to rent out. I like to keep the place tidy and clean so would hope any potential house mate likes a clean home too. I generally keep quite busy with work in the evenings as well as tutoring. When I am free I like to try and keep fit, watch some good tv and generally relax.
