Single room available in Smithdown student area

I am moving home and I'm looking for a replacement tenant in this student house. This house is in a brilliant area in Smithdown close to Asda, Tesco and Iceland. It is located about a ten minute walk from the Brookhouse pub and has a bus stop right outside. The area is very secure and the house has a built in security system. The girls currently living in the house are all from around the Merseyside area and are very nice.
