The house has 2 TV lounges, large kitchen with dining area, off road parking and gardens. Broadband is available. The house is beautifully refurbished throughout and has lots of character. Just recently installed new energy efficient rated A boiler.
Bills are approx £15 per week. Lower in the summer months. Council Tax is paid by us.
We provide cleaning of all communal areas.
Our existing household are friendly, down to earth and sociable. The house is lovely and peaceful as some work different hours which works well as it gives a lot of space to everyone.
It is close to all amenities of Allerton Road, Calderstones Park and all transport links inc motorway and very good bus/train services into the City Centre.
