Great Room in a nice house.

Good sized double room for house share in a large and beautifully decorated home. Much of the home has been recently redecorated and refurbished and the detached house is located in highly sought after area of Southport, in Birkdale. The house is 1878, and Victorian in style where all the rooms are large and have a spacious feel to them. It's only 10 mins walk to town.

House share will be with myself (48 professional) and step son (23), and occasional visits from my son (12) who lives with his mother and another lodger female (49) and her dog.

We have all the mod-cons and the rate includes all bills.

Amenities include: Sky / netflix, Amazon prime, broadband, washer/dryer, large garden. Room comes with towels that are specific to you. In addition a cleaner visits the house for 2 hours each week to give it a going over, should you wish.

The house has two reception rooms, kitchen/diner and plenty of space so people aren't on top of themselves, and the garden is lovely all year round.

We want someone we get on with (all of us are single) and someone who will help keep the place tidy and be respectful. So, clean and tidy is a must for us. We both work from home much of the time for the same company.

The house has a cat in it at the moment but the cat will not be here long term.
