I'm a live-in landlord and have now a good-sized (4x3.5m) double bedroom available in my house.

You will be sharing the house with 2 other people. We are white collar mature professionals and we respect each other privacy. We are also very friendly and cooperative.

I am looking for a responsible lodger who works or studies. The place is nice and quiet and we would like to keep it as it is. Please no noisy people or night-shift workers.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a smart TV, double bed, wardrobe with drawers, desk, chair, desk lamp, and storage space. The room is sunny and faces the quiet and beautiful back garden.

Shared places in the house are the two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and the kitchen which is equipped with a washer, dining table, chairs, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge-freezer. There is plenty of cupboard storage. Additional storage is available in the cellar if needed.

You will also have full access to the rear garden/patio which is great to chill out in the summer. Smokers are accepted but smoking is NOT allowed anywhere indoors.

The house has CCTV covering the front door and back doors. There are cameras in the hallway and the kitchen as well, for everyone's extra security and safety.

There is plenty of off-street free parking.

The house is located on Whetstone Lane (Tranmere), just steps away from public transport, and within walking distance from the Pyramids shopping center, ASDA, LIDL, pubs, restaurants, etc. The area is safe.

The place is well-served by public transport. There are excellent road and train links to Liverpool, Chester, and both Liverpool and Manchester Airports. Some nearby places are:

Green Lane Merseyside station: 0.4 miles.
Birkenhead town center: 0.6 miles.
