I am a student studying mental health nursing and social work masters, i work part time as a civil servant and part time with homeless clients. My flat mate is moving out to live with her partner in September. I am looking for a flat mate who is chill and not going to have parties etc. My partner stays every weekend and sometimes 2 pugs come and stay with me. Females only please.

Living room and kitchen is in the same shared space and bathroom is shared. The window in the bedroom doesn’t open as they have been painted over. There is lots of free parking in the back of the property. Most of furniture is vintage and owned by me so would like to live with someone who respects the property, is clean, loves a bit of teak and radio 6.

Really good if you’re working in Liverpool city centre as the train is 4 mins to James street
