In this House we have 4 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

The house is decorated to a high standard with elegant and modern furnishing throughout. Every room has an en suite and offers plenty of storage space. The kitchen and living room is open plan, which creates a perfect, sociable communal area for getting to know your new house mates. There is a generously sized garden at the rear for evening drinks in the summer and on street parking available.

The house is located on Bebington Road in Birkenhead and Queensway tunnel less than a 15 minute drive away which is then a short drive into Liverpool city centre. The nearest train station to the house is Birkenhead Park Station. From there, you can catch a train to Liverpool Central Station, which is located right in the heart of the city centre. Trains run regularly, making it a quick and convenient way to reach your destination.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Wirral Retail Park is a 10 minute drive away which is a popular shopping destination with a wide range of stores, including fashion, electronics, and homeware. Lidl is only a 2 minute walk away from the house. and the property overlooks the beautiful Victoria park for lovely strolls. Rock ferry promenade is just a 20 minute walk for lovely views of Liverpool.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
