Double Room to rent

Double room in a lovely house in Birkenhead. I have been living here since Feb 2023 and renovating as I go along. There is a few unfinished bits and bobs here and there but nothing that gets in the way, or even noticeable. Looking for someone who keeps themselves to themselves. Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home (as I often do) someone who will respect the house and keep it clean and tidy like I do. Looking for someone who is happy to have a natter when we cross paths but not someone who is looking to spend lots of time together. I am often out a few evenings a week catching up with friends etc. On street parking and rear “yard-en”. No en-suite but there would only be the two of us living here so I’m sure we can make it work :) I am looking for someone compatible, not just the first application I receive. Hope I don’t sound like too much of a crank! I’m just really looking for someone who is going to take care of my lovely home and someone who I can get along with so we both feel comfortable.

Bills included (wifi, gas & electric (reasonable use), sky tv, council tax, water.
