Medium sized bedroom with walk in closet

From October 23rd a 3-bedroom house near Birkenhead Park is available for rent. The medium-sized bedroom comes with a walk-in closet. Unfortunately, the room is empty, but the entire house is furnished and equipped. But if you want I can send a video for you before when we are moved in. Smoking is strictly outdoors. I have a cat who doesn't mind much. The house has 2 toilets and a bathroom; the living room and kitchen are shared, but I personally work a lot. I rent the house from an agency, and they insist on having someone with a declared employment and monthly income staying here. I am a rather laid-back person, so please clean up after yourself, no smoking inside the house, let's be respectful towards each other, as everyone is working.
