Double room

1 double bedroom, Quite area, I’m hardly home, have the use of the kitchen, living area, all bills included,
Sorry no social security or couples, I can’t have pets either.
I have a cleaner that comes in once a week, to keep the place clean and tidy, they’re not going to be there to clean up after yourself.
I keep everything clean and tidy, I do mixed shift of days and nights, whilst on days I have a box that streams all the latest movies, I sit at home and chill watching that.
On nights I come home at stupid o’clock of a morning and would like to sleep without being woken up.
I have kids who pop round now and then for a cuppa-chat.
Alls I say is be respectful of your surroundings and home and things could be sweet.
