Double room Birkenhead town centre

A large bright double room in a two bedroom terrace house in Birkenhead town centre.

2mins walk from Asda and all the town centre shops.

With great links to Liverpool by bus train and taxi and also trains to Chester, north wales and Manchester..

The house is situated on a quiet road with good neighbours although very central.
It has been refurbished to a high standard by myself retaining a lot of the original paint work and features. It has a hand made kitchen with wood work tops, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine and butler sink.
The house has a cosy country cottage feel with a small yard. The double room has an adjoining bathroom with a shower basin and toilet.
I mostly live in London and visit several times a year given I have family that live nearby on the Wirral.
I am looking for a vegetarian non smoker ideally but I am totally open to any applicants. I would expect you to be honest, tidy and respect the house as though it were your own.
