Double room, en-suite and kitchenette

I am looking for someone to fill my tenancy as I am moving away.

It is a gorgeous room, really big and gets loads of natural light.

The room has its own comfortable size en-suite, kitchenette with microwave, kettle and fridge freezer. There is also a sofa seating area.

There is a drive outside where you are able to park your car.

There is also a large shared kitchen that has two ovens, two microwaves, two washer and dryers. There is a large communal garden and a communal living room.

Everyone in the house is very friendly and all working professionals, it is normally quite quiet in the house as because it’s very big you can’t really hear anyone at all in the other rooms.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax.

The house is on the same street as Rock Ferry station, with trains only 12 minutes into central Liverpool. If you drive, the house is also located not far from the Mersey tunnel.
