Three bed period terrace with yard to rear. Double glazing, central heating. Double bedroom available to rent with shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Quiet house with two professional housemates and 2 cute, friendly housecats. Looking for another housemate who is easy going and enjoys socialising. I work away so I am hardly at home, my other housemate works long shifts.

Loads of on street parking, very handy for Birkenhead Central Station and town centre.

Rent includes council tax and water bill, does not include gas.
