Hi,
I have a large room available to rent, furnished with double bed and wardrobes (if needed).
Large house, two living rooms, unlimited internet/WiFi, treadmill and small weights available for use so who needs a gym membership!?
Quiet area, close to all amenities, short walk to bus or train to get to Liverpool/Chester and surrounding areas.
Bills included in price (except phone bill).
I'm looking preferably for a professional or mature student. I'm a laid back person although while I do ask that you respect my home, I hope you feel that it is your home too.
