Spacious Double Bedroom, On-Suite, Bills Included

I am looking to rent out the double bedroom in my property, it is a spacious newly decorated double bedroom with en-suite. I work away during the week with my work so the person renting the room will have a lot of privacy. Although there may be some weekdays when I may come home given my work situation. There is an off street parking space, please see photo. The house is within easy commuting distance to Liverpool, Birkenhead, Chester and Wrexham with Birkenhead North and Bidston park and ride train stations nearby. I am a young easy going girl who would keep the place tidy and is respectful of privacy. I am looking for a lodger who is also easy going, friendly, possibly with a good sense of humour and preferably female but this is not a must.
