Hi, i have a spare room avalible in my house, i am currently living alone, i have an 8week old puppy running around too!

The room currently has a single bed in however a double bed would fit in there if you wanted to put one in there, there is a wardobe in the room also.

I have sky and broadband

The rent would be £300 PCM all bills included.
And preferably a £300 deposit but i can weaver the deposit aslong as the first months rent is paid straight away.

I work in a restaurant so my working hours are mostly evenings and im often out so you would have the place to yourself most nights, i am looking for an employed girl of similar age who is fun outgoing and clean and trustworthy! :)
