** double room avalible**

I have a double sized room avalible in my house, the room currently has a single bed in but is big enough for a double bed. The bedroom has a wardrobe.

I have sky TV and broadband, and would be willing to get multiroom if you wanted it in the bedroom. The property is a small terrece house located 5minutes away from shops, bus routes & train station.

I cutrently live alone i work full time and i am looking for an honest friendly female to rent my spare room to.

I work alot and spend alot of time at my boyfriends so mostly you would have the house to yourself.

I smoke but i don't smoke in the house, i have a small back yard, i also have a 5month old shizu puppy.
