Double Room

Hi, I live In a duplex apartment a stones throw from b'head town centre, and a minutes walk from a train station, so transport links are excellent. It's a nice tidy flat set on 2 levels, and your bedroom would be on top floor adjacent to the living room and kitchen. I would hardly be there with work and family commitments, so it would be a nice peaceful place to live. The room has a wardrobe, chest and bedside table with a queen size bed. No en-suite, but the bathroom would practically be yours. I'm a clean tidy person, looking for the same, and my party days are behind me, so no party animals, but obviously your friends and family are more than welcome. Added bonus, there's a subway and maccies within 5mins walking distance!! Rent negotiable depending on time spent at apartment.
