We have a very beautiful house in main Birkenhead Central, NHS, Train Station, Bus Station, All banks, Town Center behind my house everything behind my house few minutes walking distance. me and my Mrs living currently at the property as we have 3 bedroom house, house pretty much empty that's why we just thinking if we can get anyone nice&quite, polite, decent and of course got the good sense of humour for sharing room with us. The house is completely private with personal key lock systems each room and you would be realised once you've visited. the very beautiful house got all furniture, kitchen equipment, standing shower room & bath tab both are available etc all brand new recently been fitted. the house got 2 lounges, very modern kitchen, front and rear garden easy access, free street parking facilities as it is a very private house so that we are not uploading all interior picture and we are not looking anyone desperately but decent and polite lodger would be my first priority. we are very happy to let you view the full house once both happy to go ahead.
£80 a week double room, £70a week single room all bills + superfast home broadband free to use as well as council tax. The House got very brilliant condition as I bought it very recently and everything been fixed by the professional worker.
