Large double bedroom

I have a large double bedroom (18' x 14') available in a converted 1800's dock side mill. The room is situated in a penthouse level duplex apartment and comes with built in wardrobes, a superking sized bed and chest of draws. It is a shared bathroom situation, however I have my own ensuite so it's very rare the 'shared' bathroom would ever be shared. Off street parking is available within a cctv covered private car park. Smoking inside won't be permitted however smokers will be accepted as there is an outside decking area that is more than fine to use.
As I'm quite a tidy person myself I'd like to share with someone of the same mindset who doesn't like living in mess.

I do work away niw and again and also spend time away with my son. So as you can imagine I'm not around all too often and you would have plenty of your own time within the property.
