Birkenhead Guest Room Houseshare

Hi, i am looking for other housemates to share my houseshare as guests only to share house costs. A weekly payment which goes towards the overall bills and upkeep of the house is required. There are two rooms. 1 double bed room for aprox £60 per week and one smaller double bed room for aprox £55 per week. Both include gas, elc, ctax and water rates. Working people only as this is a working household, no benefits. Looking for like minded private individuals. Nationals living here at present are english/lithuanian. This is for people who do not want to enter into a full tenancy agreement and ideal for short term stay. NO ILLEGAL MIGRANTS. Passport will be required. These two rooms are being re-painted and new carpet/laminate over the next couple of weeks. So room is available from October. Room can come non-furnished or furnished ... can be discussed.
