The blue room- Large furnished room on the 1st floor with lots of storage, lovely outlook onto the park opposite and black-out blinds for when you don't want the view. En-suite shower room with spacious shower.

The grey room- Good sized double bedroom with lots of built-in storage and sunset views.

The house: End terrace, late Victorian, 5-bed, 3 bathrooms, with a cellar, a big sunny yard. Shared kitchen, plus theres separate living rm and dining room. The living room has an open fire which is lovely in winter. The kitchen has two under-counter fridges, and we have two big freezers so you have half a fridge, half a tall freezer and a cupboard. The main bathroom is on the 1st floor- it has a huge bath and a TV for streaming your favourite shows while you soak! Photos of the house available on request.

The area: Derby Park Conservation area, approx 15mins walk to Kirkdale/Oriel Rd/New Strand stations for frequent Merseyrail trains to Liverpool City Centre/20mins on a bike/£8 taxi. Parking is on the pavement opposite the house. Crosby beach & the Iron Men are also close by.

Housemates: Hello, I'm Sarah- I'm the homeowner and I live up on the top floor so I'm fairly self contained! I work from home during the day (so it might not be suitable if you're a shift worker as my office is above the room). I'm out most evenings and weekends. I have two affectionate cats and a very friendly dog.

Bills: Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, TV Licence, Broadband are all included.
