Double room for rent

Furnished double room for rent - there is currently a double bed, bedside table, shelving unit & wardrobe.
The house consists of a large dining & living thru room, a spacious kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster & air fryer), a small yard with outdoor seating, bathroom with a shower over the bath, a small back bedroom which I use as an office. All carpets and laminate are were put in in 2022, as with all the living room & dining room furniture. The mattress is a year old and good quality.
On street parking.
All bills will be included, but you’ll be expected to buy & make your own food. All plates, glasses, cutlery etc is here so I’m happy to share the existing.
I’m 30, a student nurse qualifying next year and live here with 2 small dogs & 2 cats - being an animal lover is a must :) I’m hoping to be friends with whoever moves in rather than just someone to fill the room. I’ll more or less always choose a cosy night in with a Netflix series or a book than going ‘out out’, however I do like a few in the pub occasionally :)
