Double room available for new housemate

I’m Hayley and I currently rent a house in Bootle and looking for a new house mate.
The bedroom on offer is a double room, furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe and bookcase. There’s a few other bits of furniture in there which can be kept or moved out of the room, whatever is best.

I’ve lived in the house almost three years and it was newly refurbished when I moved in. The house consists of a modern bathroom, kitchen with all the white goods provided by myself. Lounge area, dining area as well as two smaller rooms which one is my bedroom and the other a dressing room. The house is fully furnished so need no to worry about buying anything for the house.

I have two cats as well, Frodo (7) and Binks (2) who are absolutely delightful, both house cats and are lovely company.

The house its self is a 5 minute walk from the train station, the strand, the bus stops and has three big supermarkets close by.

There is on street parking for no extra cost and the city center is only like a 10 minute drive.

The rent is £350 each and around £150 each for bills and council tax. (Council tax band A)

I work in the city center myself as a restaurant manager. I work a lot of hours which I think would work out great with me living with someone as we’d both get our own space and time.

I enjoy the odd night out but also lazing around in the house binging a Netflix series. I like going to gigs and arty things.
When I get the time I enjoy cooking and would be happy to make a big meal for us both!
