Your New Roommate: You'll also have the delightful company of my very friendly and very cute black cat, Salem! If you're a cat person, he's happy to keep you company.
Current Occupant: It's just myself living here currently. As a working professional, I don't spend a lot of time in the house during the day, so it often feels quiet and spacious.

Transport: Bootle New Strand Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering a quick 12-minute train ride directly into the Liverpool city centre.
Rent: £450 per month, bills are included in this price (covering utilities, internet, etc.).
Flexibility: I am slightly flexible on the price for the right housemate—finding a good, long-term fit is the priority!
