I am looking for a post graduate or young professional to take over my tenancy agreement from September 31st on a 12month contract. There are 2 females and one male all young professionals everyone in the property is super friendly there are shops 2mins away for groceries and a 15minue bus or train into town. The room is a very good size on the bottom floor with a double bed and a desk. All bills and council tax included and broadband included alongside netflix.
