fully furnised double room with tv, wardrobe etc... to let in modern 3 bed house full central heating and double glazeing in a quiet st. bus, trains, shopping center & shopping super stores all within 5 to 10 min walk. liverpool city center is 10 mins on public transport or car. house is fully alarmed with security lighting all around house and comes with off road parking. modern bathroom with bath and shower and kitchen is fully equiped. also a modern well kept large back garden which is south faceing so get the sun all day which is amazing in the summer. i work 6days a week and if im not at work im at the gym so plenty of personal time. im not expecting the tennant to stay in their room this is basically a house share so full use of the house. all bills are included in price with wi-fi. im very easy going and easy to live with. i enjoy music and getting out doors. thats all i can think of for now any questions then just get in touch. no dss.
