A nice double room in a 3 bedroom mid-terrace property, all bills included. There are the usual amenities including kitchen, dining room, lounge, shared shower room, wireless broaband and Virgin TV. Additional storage &/or desk space is available in the spare bedroom.

The property is owner-occupied and we are a professional male couple. We are easy going and looking for a mature professional to share with (our previous tennants have included teachers and lecturers though we're happy to share with any profession). Our interests include going to the gym, cooking, DIY, music and art. We're friendly people, easy to get on with and respectful and considerate to others.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with street parking and access to a shared communal garden. There are good transport links and we are situated 5 minutes walk from Kirkdale Station and 7 minutes via train to Liverpool city centre or a 15 minute walk into Bootle town centre.
