Double bedroom in relaxed house in Bootle

We have a fairly spacious double bedroom to rent in our house. We are a couple living together and have two friendly dogs. We are pretty relaxed and easy going, love to cook and learn new things. Would be nice to have someone who has the same attitude and is easy to get on with but who also respects a little privacy. And someone who likes to have a laugh but isnt so much a party animal.
We have two living areas and a small back yard where we grow fruit so theres a few places to sit and chill. And we live right next to a big beautiful park too which is lovely on the sunny days.
We also live about 10 mins walk to Bootle Strand train station and lots of bus links to the city centre and there is plenty of parking on pavement outside the house. I have put vegetarian prefered but respectful meat-eater is ok.
