Considerate and tidy female wanted to house share

I have a lovely detached house in Southport. It has a pretty garden with plenty of parking space.
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac in Churchtown. There are near by shops and it is 1-2 miles to the town centre,

I have a double newly decorated bedroom with plenty of storage space and a tv. I have a spare shower room with a toilet. There is a newly built utility room with a washing machine and drier,
There is a spare furnished front lounge with a tv that can used too.
I am a trained primary teacher and home tutor children at the moment , mostly in their own homes,
I am a kind and caring person, very flexible and easy to get on with, I am a sociable person who enjoys meeting new people.
I am looking for either a student or someone that has a regular job.
