Our house offers flexibility as the upstairs has its own seperate entrance, kitchen and lounge should you need privacy. Our house may suit you if you are looking to live within a family setting and be part of family life with the option of having your own space when needed.
Lodgers are welcome to use the whole house, garden and driveway to park cars.
We have Virgin M350 wifi with access points throughout the property.
MUST LIKE KIDS. We have two brilliant kids aged 2 and 4 who love to have people around but like their own space also.
Conveniently located near Crosby beach, Crosby Leisure Centre and Blundellsands train station. We have plenty of amenities nearby also.
Minimum term is 3 months to 2 years. Rooms are offered on a single occupancy basis.
