I'm looking for a flat mate to move into the two bedroom, ground floor flat that I'm renting.

The flat is lovely and spacious, with a garden, on street parking and great transport links. Blundellsands and Crosby train station (20
minutes from Liverpool city centre and 20 minutes from Southport) and bus links are less than a 5 minute walk.

Shops, Coffee shops, takeaways, pubs, bars and restaurants, as well the Leisure centre and Crosby Beach are all within a 10 minute walk. Crosby Villiage is also around a 15 minute walk away.

The double room has a street view, with plenty of day light. There are built in shelves and a built in desk. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher and some additional storage space. Some of the furniture in the communal areas belongs to my outgoing flat mate, so these will be replaced as soon as possible. This will also create space for any furniture you may want to bring and put in communal areas to make it feel more homely.

I am young professional looking for a new flat mate, as my current flat mate is moving out. I work Monday to Friday, with the occasional days from home.

I am a laid pack person, who gets on with everyone and enjoys socialising with friends and family. I am looking for someone who is sociable and happy to mix, whilst also being respectful of each others independence and privacy. I would like to create a comfortable environment for you to also have friends and family visiting whenever you'd like!

I enjoy films and cooking! It would be great to have someone who shares these passions, so we can occasionally hang out, watch a film and eat together. I'm also fond of going out for drinks and meals locally and sometimes into the city centre. Which, you would be more than welcome to join me for!

The area and community is really enjoyable and living so close to the beach is a huge bonus!

The room would be unfurnished, however my current flat mate is selling the white IKEA wardrobes (see photo). Please mention if you are interested in these for when you move in, and price can be negotiated. My flat mate doesn't move out until the last weekend of September, but if you did need to move in prior to this then please speak to me and we can discuss as he does have some flexibility.
