These large double rooms have recently been decorated, are bright, clean and most have a newly fitted en-suite. There are large flat screen TV's with free view, free Wi Fi and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms will be cleaned weekly including fresh bedding and includes the use of other facilities in the house such as, kitchen, dining room two lounges and garden. A help yourself continental breakfast is included. The house is 20 minutes away by train or car from the city centre of Liverpool. On the doorstep amenities include bars, restaurants, takeaways, post office, cinema, swimming pool and gym. The house has a warm and friendly atmosphere and you will be expected at all times to be clean and tidy and respectful to other guests. A small and very friendly boarder terrier called Rosie also resides here.
