Double or Cozy Single? You choose!

Hello!
My name is Nikola, originally from the Czech Republic. I live with my friend Zuzana and our very friendly cat in a 3-bedroom house in Newton-le-Willows.
My circumstances changed this year, so I have a spare room available. I’m quite flexible—I haven't decided which room I’ll keep for myself yet, so I’m happy to let you choose the one that fits your needs and budget!
Your Choice of Rooms:
The Large Double (3.5m x 3.5m): Very spacious and bright.
The Cozy Single: Perfect if you’re looking for a lower price point.
We are currently moving things around and refreshing the house, so please excuse the lack of photos for now—it’s a work in progress! We are also happy to provide the room furnished or unfurnished, depending on whether you have your own things or need us to provide a bed and wardrobe.
The House & Garden
We have a lovely small garden which is great for a morning coffee or a bit of fresh air. The house is generally a calm and peaceful place to be.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for just one respectful, tidy, and friendly person (professional or student) to join us. Since we have a cat, you’ll definitely need to be a cat lover! We value a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, so if that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
The Details:
Rent: £550 for the Double / £400 for the Single (All bills included).
Location: WA12, Newton-le-Willows - Earlestown (near by train station and bus station)
Availability: Flexible.
Council Tax Band: A
