2 bedroom end terrace with large garden. 2 min walk from Overpool Station. Good links to Chester and Liverpool.
Shared bathroom with bath and shower over.
Quiet cul de sac, nice neighbours.
2 cats live here but they come and go and are very friendly!
I'm vegan so would ideally prefer someone veggie or vegan or at least someone respectful of this when cooking and leaving food in fridge. No smoking in house.
Have basic Sky package and broadband. Bills included apart from excessive use of heating.
Can pay weekly via cash or transfer. Has built in wardrobe.
