Large shared bathroom. Shared kitchen. Shared dining room. Shared garden space with clothes line, small shed and garden table and chairs. Plenty of on street parking right outside the house. Close to local shops. Located in quiet cul-de-sac.

I am a live-in landlord. Quiet professional.

Tenant will be under a lodgers agreement. Reference required. Permission to conduct a credit check may be required. Pets considered on a case by case basis.

I am being very picky with whom I accept for this room as I will have to live with this person.

Former tenant was here for over a year and left due to obligations for University Studies. Room available to move into immediately.
